Language Activity - Brushing our Teeth
We are very lucky and have each been given a toothbrush and a wee tube of toothpaste from Colgate.
Today we used them to clean our teeth, then we had a discussion about what we need to remember when cleaning our teeth and why it is so important to clean our teeth well.
During the week we will be writing about this fun experience.

Morning Work - Action Stations
For our morning message this week, we practiced letter sorting to help get our eyes looking carefully, as well as getting both our hands working at the same time and working on our letter/sound knowledge. These skills are especially helpful for reading and writing.
Look at these children who are using the skills we practice during our writing sessions, when they were working independently. Miss Clothier was very impressed by the way they were discussing what they were doing and supporting each other.
Learning about Fair Play with Kiwi Can
This week with Kiwi Can we talked about Fair Play and then played a game where we practiced fair play by taking turns and making sure we followed the rules.
